Bayshore Drive (upcoming)
An upcoming mixed-use development in Bedok, planned to bring homes, shopping and public transport together. URA awarded the 99-year Bayshore Drive site on 20 July 2026. Its tender parameters allow up to 1,280 homes; the final residence mix and marketing name remain to be announced. In its 15 July 2026 bid announcement, the consortium proposed a retail mall and direct integration with Bedok South MRT and a new bus interchange. These are proposed features, subject to the approved final scheme.
